Following the fact that the trading of the shares of the company N.B.G. REAL ESTATE S.A. will cease as of April 3, 2006, due to the merger with the NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE S.A., the share of the company will be deleted from the Indices in which it participates. Specifically, the following changes will be effected in the ATHEX Indices composition:

ATHEX Composite Share Price Index
The shares of the company are deleted from the Index and are replaced by the shares of the company PLAISIO COMPUTERS S.A.

ATHEX Composite Total Return Index
The shares of the company are deleted from the Index and are replaced by the shares of the company PLAISIO COMPUTERS S.A.

FTSE/ATHEX Mid 40 Index
The shares of the company are deleted from the Index and are replaced by the shares of the company NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A.

FTSE/International Index
The shares of the company are deleted from the said Index without being replaced by the shares of another company.

FTSE/ATHEX 140 Index
The shares of the company are deleted from the said Index without being replaced by the shares of another company.

FTSE/ATHEX Industrial Goods - Services
The shares of the company are deleted from the said Index without being replaced by the shares of another company.

The aforesaid changes will be put into force before the start of the ATHEX'' s trading session on April 3, 2006.
