IKTINOS HELLAS SA informs the investors that, following the Annual General Meeting of 26 June 2013, the Board met today and was constituted as follows:

1. Evangelos Chaidas of Nicholas, Chairman & Managing Director (executive).
2. Julia Chaida of Evangelos, Vice President (executive member).
3. Anastasia Chaida of Evangelos, Member (executive member).
4. Lydia Chaida of Evangelos, Member (executive member).
5.Efthymios Chatzistefanidis of Stavros, Member (Independent Non-executive).
6. John Tamaresis of Dionysius, Member (Independent Non-executive).

7. Cleopatra Kitsiou of Stephen, Member (non-executive)

The Board of Directors also instructed the representation of the Company in accordance with the Law and the Articles of Association, Mr Evangelos Chaidas, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Chairman of the Board of Directors Ms. Julia Chaida, which bind the Company with sole signature unlimited for all its actions.
 The term of the Board expires on June 26, 2019.

The Audit Committee consists of Mr. Efthimios Chatzistefanidis and Mr.  John Tamaresis
