Ιt was decided do not  distribute a dividend and instead the return of share capital EUR 0.025 per share totaling 714,502.50 Euro which is tax free. The return of capital will result from the capitalization of an equal amount of 714,502.50 Euro from the "share premium".For this  an Extraordinary General Meeting held on the return of capital, which will be held on Monday at 02.09.2013 at 12.00 and will follow the rules publicity provided by Law 2190/1920 on Public Limited Companies and Regulation of the Athens  Stock Exchange
