The discussion and deliberation on the sole item on the Agenda was not possible due to failure to attain the quorum required by the Law and the Company's Articles. According to the Board of Directors' notice dated 4.9.2012, the 1^st Reiterative Extraordinary General Meeting will take place on Thursday, 11.10.2012, at 17:00 hours at the same place.
