Chance in the composition of the

FTSE/ATHEX index series



Following the suspension of trading of the shares of the companies «TT HELLENIC POSTBANK S.A.» and «AVENIR LEISURE & ENTERTAINMENT INFORMATICS SOCIETE ANONYME» and according to the Indices Series Ground Rules, the shares of the companies will be removed from all Indices.

In detail, the following changes will take place:

  • FTSE/ATHEX Mid Cap
    • The shares of the company "TT HELLENIC POSTBANK S.A." are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company "KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A." with investability weighting 40%.
    • The shares of the company "AVENIR LEISURE & ENTERTAINMENT INFORMATICS SOCIETE ANONYME" are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company "PASAL REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT S.A." with investability weighting 30%.
  • FTSE/ATHEX Liquid Mid
    • The shares of the company "TT HELLENIC POSTBANK S.A." are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company "THESSALONIKI PORT AUTHORITY S.A." with investability weighting 20%.
  • FTSE/ATHEX - CySE Banking Index
    • The shares of the company "TT HELLENIC POSTBANK S.A." are removed from the index without immediate replacement.
  • FTSE/ATHEX - Market Index
    • The shares of the company "TT HELLENIC POSTBANK S.A." are removed from the index without immediate replacement.
    • The shares of the company "AVENIR LEISURE & ENTERTAINMENT INFORMATICS SOCIETE ANONYME" are removed from the index without immediate replacement.
  • ATHEX Mid & Small Cap Price Index
    • Τhe shares of the company "AVENIR LEISURE & ENTERTAINMENT INFORMATICS SOCIETE ANONYME" are removed from the Index and will be replaced by the shares of the company "MEVACO S.A." with investability weight 100%.
  • FTSE/ATHEX - Banking Index
    • The shares of the company "TT HELLENIC POSTBANK S.A." are removed from the index without immediate replacement.
  • FTSE/ATHEX - Travel - Leisure
    • The shares of the company "AVENIR LEISURE & ENTERTAINMENT INFORMATICS SOCIETE ANONYME" are removed from the index without immediate replacement.

All changes will be effective from Friday September 14, 2012.
