In accordance with the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation (article 4.1.3.1. item ib), J&P-AVAX S.A. announces the conclusion of its special tax auditing for fiscal 2011 as per article 82, paragraph 5 of law 2238/1994 by its auditors who issued a tax certificate with an unqualified opinion for the Company and its subsidiaries incorporated in Greece.
