The President of the ATHEX BoD Mr. Spyros Capralos, taking into consideration the announcement of the Company "SP. TASOGLOU S.A." on January 22, 2007, regarding its latest developments [(i) acquisition of the Company "VELLANIS BROS S.A." and transfer of the 38% of the share capital of SP. TASOGLOU S.A.] and in order to protect the investing public decided the temporary suspension of trading of the shares of the Company "SP. TASOGLOU S.A." until the latter publish a formal announcement in order to inform the investing public on the final decisions of the latest corporate processes.
