Following the resolution of the ATHEX BoD on 17.11.2005 for the classification of the shares of the company INFORMATICS S.A. in Market C (Under Supervision), the erasure of the shares of the company from the Indices it participates, is provided.

More specifically, the following changes will take place:

ATHEX High Velocity Index
The shares of the company are erased from the Index and are replaced by the shares of ALTEC S.A. (CR) (weighting 100%).

The changes will take place before the start of transactions of the trading session on 17.11.2005.
