Press Release :A new 1.2 million EUR contract in Tajikistan highlights once more INTRASOFT’s International leading position in Customs
Luxembourg, September 25, 2012 - INTRASOFT International signed a 1.2 million EUR contract for the implementation of the project “Support to the Establishment of Single Window for Export, Import and Transit Procedures in Tajikistan”, highlighting INTRASOFT's International leading position as a worldwide expert and a market leader in the construction, integration, deployment and operational management of Customs systems and consultation services around the world. This project, which will run for 22 months, is the 4th Single Window / e-Trader system implemented by INTRASOFT International globally.
INTRASOFT International holds a leading position globally in the construction, integration, deployment and operational management of information systems for Customs Administration including other public bodies and private companies. The company's offerings cover a wide spectrum of customs and other government agencies' requirements, including the provision of technical expertise, automation of customs and other government agencies' processes to reflect National and Regional needs taking into account International standards. INTRASOFT International has implemented a total of approximately forty (40) customs contracts in more than twenty (20) countries globally.
INTRASOFT International will design and develop the Single Window software according to EU specifications. The company will put it into operation in the State Unitary Enterprise “SingleWindowCenter,” established under the Customs Service under the Government of Tajikistan and in approximately 15 other key organizations involved, including Government agencies and Business Intermediary Organizations.
