The Company "IKTINOS HELLAS S.A."according to the  provisions of paragraph 4.1.3.1. of the Athens Exchange Regulation and Article 10 paragraph 1 of Law 3340/2005, informs the investing public that completed the  tax audit of the Company by the auditors in accordance with Article 82, paragraph 5 of Law 2238/1994, as applicable, for the year 2011 and  issued a tax certificate without reservation.
