Announcement of Regulated Information According to the L. 3556

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that the entity “TEMPUS REAL ESTATE HOLDINGS LTD” proceeded on 29/05/12 to the purchase of 50,000 common shares at the average price of 1.41 euro per share, a total value of 70,500.00 euro. 

In “TEMPUS REAL ESTATE HOLDINGS LTD” beneficial owner is the wife of the Non-Executive member of the BoD Mr. Pantazis Sarantis.
