The company under the trade name “FRIGOGLASS S.A.I.C.” (the «Company») announces according to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 article 11 that Mr Aas Tom, Ice Cold Merchandisers (ICM) Chief Operating Officer of the Company and liable person according to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005, a) on 24/9/2012 sold 3.000 shares of the Company, with a total value 13.868,6 Euros, b) on 25/9/2012 sold 5.000 shares of the Company, with a total value of 22.874.18 Euros and c) on 26/9/2012 sold 2.000 shares of the Company, with a total value of 9.504,10 Euros.
