Eurobank submits revised offer for the acquisition of Emporiki Bank

In the framework of procedures and conditions defined by the regulatory authorities and the Financial Stability Fund, Eurobank submitted today a revised binding offer, subject to regulatory approval, to acquire 100% stake in Emporiki Bank from Credit Agricole.-
