Following the announcement of the company TERNA ENERGY SA, released on July 20.2012, and the completion on September 12, 2012, of the corporate acts regarding the reforming of the share capital, the Company informs the Investors, according to article 9 par. 5 of the Law 3556/2007, that the Company's share capital amounts to a total of thirty two million seven hundred and ninety five thousand seven hundred twenty one euros (32,795,721€) divided into one hundred and nine million three hundred nineteen thousand and seventy (109,319,070) common registered voting shares, with a nominal value of thirty cents of the euro (0.30€) each.

The above information is given with the aim to assist the Investors in calculating the percentage of the voting rights they hold and therefore to proceed to any action in order to fulfill obligations stipulated by the L.3556/2007
