Unclaimed dividends of the financial year 2006 will lapse

INTRACOM HOLDINGS hereby informs its shareholders that the five-year period for the collection of the dividend for the financial year 2006, which amounts to €0,10 per share, expires on the 31^st of December, 2012.

After this date, dividends not collected from entitled parties will lapse in favour of theHellenic State.
