As a result of the cease of trading of the shares of the company National Investments S.A. on 14.12.2005, due to the merger by acquisition of the latter from National Bank of Greece S.A., the shares of the company National Investments will be deleted from the Indices in which it participates.

Specifically, the following changes will be realized in the composition of ATHEX Indices:

Investments Index
The shares of the company are deleted from the Index without the need to be replaced by the shares of another company.

The said changes will become effective prior to the start of the trading session of the ATHEX on 14 December 2005.
