As a result of the relevant decision of the ATHEX Board of Directors on 24.11.2005 to accept the request of the company "HELLENIC SUGAR INDUSTRY S.A."regarding its trading as of Monday, November 28, 2005 in the Medium & Small Capitalization category, the following changes will be realized in the composition of the FTSE/ATHEX Indices, the trading of which will begin as of Monday, November 28, 2005.

FTSE/ATHEX Mid 40 Index
The shares of the company are deleted from the new composition of the Index and are replaced by the shares of the company "INFO-QUEST S.A.".

FTSE/ATHEX 140 Index
The shares of the company are deleted from the new composition of the Index without being replaced by the shares of another company.

Also, as a result of the deletion of the shares of the company "FEEDUS S.A." on 14.11.2005 from the Securities Market of the ATHEX, the vacant position in the new composition of the FTSE/ATHEX Small Cap 80 & FTSE/ATHEX 140 Indices will be filled by the shares of the company "CYCLON HELLAS S.A."

The aforementioned changes will be realized and put into force as of the trading session of the ATHEX on Monday, November 28, 2005.
