Reply to question posed by the Capital Market Commission

In response to a relevant question by the Capital Market Commission (letter with Ref. No. CMC 3695/20.09.2012), ELLAKTOR SA, after contacting the major shareholders, referred to in the on-line article, of which we were informed in the afore-mentioned letter,  does not confirm the developments described in the said article and reports that no such agreement exists.
