K2-5010/17.7.2012 of the Minister of Development, Competitiveness, Infrastructure, Transport and Networks the transfer of the registered seat of the Company from the Municipality of Amaroussion to the Municipality of Kifissia, Attiki, as well as the respective modification of the Articles of Incorporation of the Company, which were resolved by the Annual General Meeting of the Company's Shareholders held on 29.6.2012, were approved. The address of the premises of the new registered seat of the Company is the following: 67 Thisseos Ave., 14671 Kifissia (Nea Erythrea) which has been operating as a branch to date.
