In reply to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission's querry (825 / 03.09.15) about euro2day's publication, TRASTOR REIC notifies the competent authorities and the investing public that:

The company (TRASTOR) was informed by its main shareholders, PASAL SA and Piraeus Bank that the two shareholders entered into an arrangement for the settlement of the liabilities of PASAL against Piraeus Bank.

In this agreement, TRASTOR REIT is not a party.
