INTRACOM HOLDINGS, according to articles 9, par. 5 and 21 of Law 3556/30.04.2007 and in conjunction with decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors, informs the investing public, that following the cancellation of 21 own shares, which are no longer traded οn the Athens Exchange from its session, on Monday, September 03, 2012, the INTRACOM HOLDING'S share capital now amounts to €187.566.654,36 and the total voting rights amount to 133.025.996 arising from an equal number of Common Registered shares, of nominal value €1,41 each.
