1^ST HALF 2012 FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

CENTRIC HOLDINGS S.A. announces that the Financial Data and Information and the Semiannual Financial Report for the period 01/01/2012 till 30/06/2012 according to IFRS will be published on Friday, August 31, 2012 and they will be available at the company's website www.centric.gr as well as the website of the Athens Exchange www.athex.gr the same day prior to the opening of the Athens Exchange trading session.
