1) Bought on 29.06.2012, 3,000 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 14,740.00

2) Bought on 29.06.2012, 87 futures of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 42,179.00

3) Sold on 29.06.2012, 8,700 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 42,337.19

4) Sold on 29.06.2012, 263 futures of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 129,861.00

5) Bought on 29.06.2012, 28,174 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 138,596.30.

   The notification by Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. to OPAP S.A. and accordingly, by OPAP S.A. to the Capital Market Commission, is disclosed precisely because, Mr. Dimosthenis Archontidis holds a managerial role as a non-executive member of the Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. Board, while at the same time he is a non-executive Member of the OPAP S.A. Board (liable person according to Law 3340/2005).
