Further to the Intracom Holdings' previous announcements, the Company announces that the time period for the exercise of its put option right for the sale of its 49% participation in Intracom S.A. Telecom Solutions to JSC Concern Sitronics has been extended for 2 more months, i.e. until 30^th September 2012.

Intracom Holdings shall duly inform the investment community on any future developments relating to the exercise of its put option right within the framework of applicable laws.
