GEK TERNA S.A. informs the Investors that following respective decisions of the competent bodies of the following 100%, subsidiaries: TERNAS.A., IRON HOLDINGS S.A., ILIOHORAS.A. and GEKE S.A. the corporate transformations have been completed and more specifically on June 27,2013:

a) The decision of the Prefecture of Athens, Central Branch, approving the merge of the companies GEKE S.A. and ILIOHORA S.A. by the acquisition of the latter by the  first company, has been filed to the General Commercial Registry (G.E.M.I.) at the at the Athens Chamber of Small and Medium Sized Industries (VEA).

b)  The decision of the Prefecture of Athens, Central Branch, approving the merge of the companies TERNA S.A and IRON HOLDINGS S.A.. by the acquisition of the latter by the first company, has been filed to the General Commercial Registry (G.E.M.I.) at the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (EVEA).

The aforementioned transformations do not affect the financial figures of the Company and of the Group, since, as mentioned, refer to 100% subsidiaries.
