1) Bought on 11.06.2012, 11,285 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 41,267.25

2) Bought on 11.06.2012, 30 futures of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 11,087.00

3) Sold on 11.06.2012, 2,895 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 10,764.92

4) Sold on 11.06.2012, 70 futures of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 25,659.00

5) Sold on 11.06.2012, 5,000 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 19,000.00.

   The notification by Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. to OPAP S.A. and accordingly, by OPAP S.A. to the Capital Market Commission, is disclosed precisely because, Mr. Dimosthenis Archontidis holds a managerial role as a non-executive member of the Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. Board, while at the same time he is a non-executive Member of the OPAP S.A. Board (liable person according to Law 3340/2005).
