AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A. announces, in compliance with L. 3556/2007 and pursuant to article 13 of L.3340, that Mr. Christos Ioannou, (non-executive member of the Company's BoD), transferred on 29.05.2012 1,065,000 common registered shares of Aegean Airlines from his investor account in the DSS to the account of HSBC Private Bank (Luxembourg) S.A which acts as custodian.
