OPAPS.A.makes it announcement known to the investment community, pursuant to Law 3556/2007, as well as the Capital Market Commission's decision No.3, that the Company's Board of Directors (BoD), decided upon the following in its July 24th meeting:

A. The selection of the GTECH/G2 company, which is a subsidiary of the Lottomatica Group, as the preferred strategic partner for OPAP's online games offering. This decision constitutes a milestone in OPAP's history as the intended establishment of a joint venture (JV) with GTECH/G2, one of the leading companies in interactive gaming, will enable OPAP to offer the complete portfolio of its current products online. Furthermore, the JV also intends to bid for additional licenses for new games that may be offered by theHellenicRepublicin the future.

B. The tender committees' technical evaluation regarding OPAP's central system Technology Supplier was also approved. The tender process will continue with the evaluation of Intralot's financial offer, further to the company's technical folder abiding by the terms, requirements and technical specifications of the tender.
