ANNOUNCEMENT ACCORDING TO LAW 3556/2007-ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
EYDAP SA announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and to the relevant notification dated 11.5.2012, the transfer from the Hellenic State of 36,245,240 shares of EYDAP S.A., and the equal number of voting rights, i.e. 34.033% of share capital of the Company, to the "Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund''. As a result, the company's share capital percentage held by the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund, increased from 27.30% to 61.33%. The transfer was the result of an OTC market transaction, pursuant to paragraphs 4 and 5 of Article 2 of the Law 3986/2011 (GG 152/A) and Decision no. 206/2012 (GG 1363) of the Ministerial Committee for Asset Restructuring and Privatization.
It is worth noting that now the percentage of the Hellenic government in the share capital of EYDAP S.A. is 0.00%.
Since the Hellenic government controls 100% of the "Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund'', it indirectly controls the above voting rights.
