Frigoglass S.A. announces according to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 article 11 that Mr Amiralis Kris, Chief People Officer of the Company and liable person according to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005, acquired on 14/5/2012 2,000 shares of total value 8.030,0 Euros.
