* purchase of 4,900 shares on 28.06.2012 for a consideration of €3,430.66 by D&S JOANNOU (INVESTMENTS) LTD, a legal entity related to Board Chairman Mr Leonidas Joannou and Executive Director Mr Christos Joannou
* transfer of 225,000 shares on 27.06.2012 from a Joint Investment Account to a private investment account of Vice President and Executive Director Mr Nicholas Gerarhakis, leaving his total shareholding and voting rights unchanged
