At its meeting of 21 June 2012, pursuant to legal provisions and the Bank's articles of association the Board of Directors of National Bank of Greece elected Messrs Stavros Koukos and Efthymios Katsikas as new non-executive members of the Board in replacement of Messrs Ioannis Panagopoulos and Avraam Triantafyllidis, who both resigned, for a term equivalent to the term outstanding of the members who resigned, i.e. until the Annual General Meeting of 2013.
