Pursuant to the provisions of L. 3556/2007 and following a written notification received on 11 May 2012 by the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund SA (H.R.A.D.F.), and following the 25.01.2012, 15.02.2012 and 11.05.2012 announcements of Hellenic Petroleum SA regarding the transfer of the total of 108.430.304 shares (35.477%) and voting rights of Hellenic Petroleum SA, held by Hellenic Republic, to the H.R.A.D.F, it is hereby announced that: Through control of 100% of the H.R.A.D.F, the Greek State indirectly controls the aforementioned voting rights. The change to the voting rights was effected following the execution of an over-the-counter transaction, in compliance with the provisions of Law 3986/2011 (Gov. Gaz.152 A') and decision no. 206/2012 (Gov. Gaz. 1363) by the Inter-ministerial Committee for Reconstructing and Privatizations.
