Election of new member of the Board of the PPC S.A.

ANNOUNCEMENT

The Board of Directors of Public Power Corporation S.A., at its meeting held on April 25, 2012, elected Mr. Ioannis Konstantopoulos, Economist/Business Executive, as independent non-executive member, replacing Mr. Leonidas Theoklitos for the remaining period of his tenure, that is until 29-06-2013.
