Announcement of regulated information according to the L.3556

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, the following:

-          Mr. Kiriakos Sarantis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Managing Director of the Group, proceeded on 23^rd September 2013 to the purchase of 3,481 common shares at the average price of 5.40 euros of total value 18,788.99 euros.

-          Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, shareholder and Executive BoD member, proceeded on the dates 20^th , 23^rd and 24^th of September 2013 to the sale of 1,000 common shares in total at the average price of 5.36 euros of total value 5,362.07 euros.
