Following the notification dated 09/09/2013 by the company GR. SARANTIS S.A. regarding the significant change of its shareholders' percentage on its voting rights, it is hereby clarified that the purchase of voting rights that caused the aforementioned significant change was realized on Friday September 06^th 2013.
