Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007: Transactions notification

In accordance with Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 (article 11) of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, Attica Bank S.A. announces that under the "obligation of transactions notification" according to Law Ν.3340/2005 (article 13) and Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 (article 6) of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, “Dynamic Securities S.A.”,  company associated with Mr. Alexandros Poularikas, Managing Director of Attica Bank's subsidiary, Attica Finance, made the following transactions:

-on 13/8/2013 sold 16,376 common shares of Attica Bank S.A., of a total net value of € 4,798.61

-on 14/8/2013 sold 200,000 common shares of Attica Bank S.A., of a total net value of €60,000.00

-on 16/8/2013 sold 245,260 common shares of Attica Bank S.A., of a total net value of € 73,948.52
