Αthens, May 10, 2012 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), in accordance with Law 3556/2007, 1/434/3.07.2007 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and 3/347/12.07.2005 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission announces that:

In its six-months financial report for the period 01/01/2012-30/06/2012 it will reclassify from “Long-term borrowings” into “Short-term portion of long-term borrowings” the remaining portion of its €900 million Revolving Facility due February 2013. As of today, this remaining portion amounts to €595 million.
