Pursuant to the provisions of L. 3556/2007 and following a written notification received on 11May 2012 by the Hellenic Republic and following the 25.01.2012 and 15.02.2012 announcements of Hellenic Petroleum SA regarding the transfer of the total of 108.430.304 shares (35.477%) of Hellenic Petroleum SA, held by Hellenic Republic, to the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund SA, it is hereby announced that: According to the provisions of decision 206/25.4.2012 of the Interministerial Committee for Asset Restructuring and Privatisation, voting rights in above mentioned transferred shares will be thereon exercised by the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund SA.
