A new Board of Directors has been elected by the annual shareholders meeting that took place at the company's headquarters, yesterday 24th of April 2012. The number of BoD members remains at 9 and will serve for up to 5 years. New BoD member is Yiannis Protopapadakis, replacing Antonios Moulianitakis who has retired after a long and successful career with Autohellas. Yiannis Protopapadakis is the Leasing Manager in Autohellas SA. He has over 23 years of experience in acquisitions, mergers and company investments as well as in other managerial roles. He has been employed by the Vassilakis group of companies since 2006 and until recently served as managing director in Goldair Handling SA. He is an Oxford University graduate and holds a CFA designation.      The new Board of Directors is as follows:
