The company «PAPAPANAGIOTOU SA» with the distinctive title « DROMEAS SA» notifies the investors that following the 27/03/12 announcement, relating to the financial calendar of the 2012 fiscal year (according to the article 4.1.4.3.1. of ASE Regulation), the annual shareholders meeting will take place in 18/06/2012 Monday day in the company premises in the Industrial Area of Serres, instead of the 29ης May 2012, as has been initially mentioned in the financial calendar.
