ANNOUNCEMENT

After 6 successful years with the Eurobank EFG Group, Mr. Giorgio Pradelli, General Manager, Head of International Activities and Member of the Bank's Executive Committee, will be moving to EFG International in the position of Group Chief Financial Officer, effective as of June 1st.
