TERNA ENERGY S.A. informs the Investors that in compliance with the decisions dated 23/6/2008 and 12/5/2010 of the Ordinary General Assembly of its Shareholders regarding the acquisition by the Company, through the Stock Exchange, of treasury shares up to 10% of the total share capital, now holds, upon the completion of the two year purchasing term on May 12, 2012,  5,533,253 treasury shares, which represent 5.0609% of the total Share Capital of the Company, acquired at an average price of 3.1841 euros per share at a total value of  17,618,352.27 euros.
