GEK TERNA  S,.A. informs the investors that, in compliance with the decisions dated 27/6/2007, 23/6/2008 and 12/5/2010 of the Ordinary General Assembly of its Shareholders regarding the acquisition by the Company, through the Stock Exchange, of treasury shares up to 10% of the total share capital, now holds, upon the completion of the two year purchasing term on May 12, 2012,  708,953 treasury shares, which represent 0.8255% of the total Share Capital of the Company, acquired at an average price of 4.6614 euros per share at a total value of  3,304,707.39 euros.
