Quest Holdings S.A. hereby announces, as per the 9^th May, 2012 decision of the Board of Directors, the convention of the General Assembly on 5^th June 2012 including in the agenda among others,  the Company's share capital reduction . The Company's share capital reduction will be effected through  the reduction of the share  nominal value from Euro 0.60 to Euro 0.40 and capital return of Euro 0.20 per share  to the shareholders in cash.
