Changes to the FTSE/ATHEX Index Series

Due to the transfer of trading of shares of the company «LAVIPHARM S.A.» to the «under Surveillance» Category of the Athens Exchange, they will be removed from all ΑΤΗΕΧ Indices.

In detail:

• FTSE/ ATHEX Mid Cap
  Τhe shares of the company are removed from the Index and will be replaced by the shares of the company «MOCHLOS S.A.» with investability weight 50%.

• FTSE/ ATHEX Market Index
  Τhe shares of the company are removed from the Index without replacement.

• FTSE/ ATHEX Health
  Τhe shares of the company are removed from the Index without replacement.

• ATHEX Mid & Small Cap Price Index
  Τhe shares of the company are removed from the Index and will be replaced by the shares of the company «F.H.L. H. KYRIAKIDIS MARBLES - GRANITES S.A.» with investability weight 100%.

All changes are effective as of Tuesday, July 31, 2012.
