Changes in the composition of the FTSE/ATHEX index series

Following the suspension of trading of the companies "BABIS VOVOS INTERNATIONAL TECHNICAL S.A.", "SPRIDER STORES S.A." and "BIOMEDICAL AND ROBOTICS TECHNOLOGY S.A." a number of changes will take place in the composition of the ATHEX Indices:

• ATHEX Composite Price Index
  • The shares of the company "BABIS VOVOS INTERNATIONAL TECHNICAL S.A." are removed from the index without immediate replacement.

• ATHEX Total Return Composite Index
  • The shares of the company "BABIS VOVOS INTERNATIONAL TECHNICAL S.A." are removed from the index without immediate replacement.

• ATHEX Alternative Market Index
  • The shares of the company "BIOMEDICAL AND ROBOTICS TECHNOLOGY S.A." are removed from the index without immediate replacement.

• FTSE/ATHEX Mid Cap Index
  • The shares of the company "BABIS VOVOS INTERNATIONAL TECHNICAL S.A." are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the companies "LAVIPHARM S.A." with investability weighting 50%.

• FTSE/ATHEX Small Cap Index
  • The shares of the companies "SPRIDER STORES S.A." and "LAVIPHARM S.A." are removed from the index without immediate replacement.

• FTSE/ATHEX Market Index
  • The shares of the companies "BABIS VOVOS INTERNATIONAL TECHNICAL S.A." and "SPRIDER STORES S.A." are removed from the index without immediate replacement.

• FTSE/ATHEX Real Estate
  • The shares of the company "BABIS VOVOS INTERNATIONAL TECHNICAL S.A." are removed from the index without immediate replacement.

• FTSE/ATHEX Retail
  • The shares of the company "SPRIDER STORES S.A." are removed from the index without immediate replacement.

All changes will take place before the start of business on Friday April 20, 2012,/b>.
