Due to a change in the free float of the shares of the company BABIS VOVOS INTERNATIONAL TECHNICAL CO. S.A. on July 1, 2005, the weighting percentage of the company?s shares on the FTSE/ASE Mid 40 and FTSE/ASE 140 increases from 30% to 50%.

The new weighting percentage of the company?s shares will become effective after the close of the ATHEX?s trading session on July 12, 2005.
