In reference to the relevant decision, dated June 9, 2005, regarding the transfer of the shares of the company RADIO A.KORASSIDIS S.A. into Market C (Under Supervision), the deletion of the company?s constituents from the indices in which they participate is expected to take place.

More specifically, the following changes will be realized on the Indices composition:

Retail Index

The shares of the company are deleted from the said Index and are replaced by the shares of the company VARDAS S.A.

FTSE/ASE Smallcap 80

The shares of the company are deleted from the said Index and are replaced by the shares of the company INTERTECH S.A. with a weighting factor of 75%.

FTSE/ASE 140 Index

The shares of the company are deleted from the said Index and are replaced by the shares of the company INTERTECH S.A. with a weighting factor of 75%.

The aforementioned changes apply from the start of the ATHEX?s trading session today, i.e. 09/06/2005.
