ATEbank's Board of Directors on its session of May 31^st, 2012, decided to use the option deriving from both the 29.5.2012 Legislative Act and the relevant emerged Decision of the Minister of Finance (24596/B 1019/30.5.12) in order to extend the deadline for the announcement of the FY 2011 financial results to August 31^st, 2012 as well as to call the General Assembly within one month after the aforementioned deadline.
